Key Upgrade Principles:
Fixed Upgrade Cost: Always calculated from the item's base price in $CASH.
Yield Scaling:
Street Hustler: +2% yield per level
Gang Leader: +5.5% yield per level
Mafia Boss: +10% yield per level
No Stamina Required: Upgrading does not consume stamina.
Seamless Upgrades: Upgrades immediately impact future yields current cycles are unaffected.
